Welcome. Before we start planning the photo session, I’d love for us to take a few minutes to break the ice and get to know each other a little. Tell me something fun or interesting about yourselves—this way we can set the mood and make the session feel more authentic.
Cancellation Policy
# Pixel Pumas – Portraiture Service & Cancellation Policy *(Please read carefully before booking)* --- ## 1. Booking & Payment * The Client must select a portrait package and pay **100% of the total amount in advance**. * Full payment confirms the booking and confirms acceptance of this policy. * Payments are **non-refundable**, except as outlined below. --- ## 2. Cancellation Policy * **More than 30 days before the session**: 90% refund (10% retained for administrative costs). * **Less than 30 days before the session**: No cash refund. The full amount may be: * Credited toward a future session (no expiration), or * Transferred to another person. Credits are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. --- ## 3. Image Selection * Proofs will be delivered for selection. The Client has **5 calendar days** to choose their images. * If no selection is made, Pixel Pumas will select the final images using professional judgment. --- ## 4. Weather & Environmental Conditions * Sessions in **Banff National Park** are subject to changing weather and natural conditions. * Pixel Pumas cannot guarantee specific weather, lighting, or scenery. * Sessions proceed unless conditions
